Since his employment, he has participated in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and management of many hot rolled strip and coil production lines. A pioneer who dares to ride the waves
Hu Jianhua has rich experience in the creation of production lines, active ideas and methods. After joining the company, he successfully presided over the commissioning of electrical automation equipment of hot rolled strip production line, and later made great contributions to the rapid and stable production and efficiency of strip production line. In 2022, on the basis of his original work, he undertook the management of automation equipment of hot rolled coil production line. On the premise of ensuring the stability of the strip production line, the important tasks of laminar flow cooling control optimization of the coil production line, coiler commissioning, server fault handling, fault handling of the thickness gauge multifunction instrument, and joint automatic steelmaking commissioning of the heating furnace have been completed successively to ensure the stable operation of the coil production line.
The strip and coil production lines of the mill are equipped with two level and three level automation control systems, and the automation level is in the leading level in China, and it is the production line with the highest automation level of the company. As an automation engineer responsible for the equipment management of these two production lines, Hu Jianhua knows that he shoulders an important responsibility to give full play to the spirit of craftsmanship, constantly strengthen the professional and technical ability to learn and improve, and lay a solid foundation for the stable rolling production.

During his tenure, Hu Jianhua actively carried out and participated in various technical research and technological reform, and solved many problems and problems restricting production. More than 15 professional papers have been published in group journals and 1 paper has been published in provincial journals. The independent improvement project "Improving the finishing rolling rhythm" presided over by him won the first prize of excellent management achievements of Hebei Province Metallurgical Industry Association in 2021.
Not only that, this year he presided over the completion of the lean improvement project "high pressure water descaling control system improvement" won the first prize of the Xin Innovation · Energy saving and consumption reduction thematic improvement conference. Among them, by eliminating the high temperature alarm, the abnormal frequent action of the minimum flow valve, and the phenomenon of scaling and other measures, the company saves spare parts costs, extends the service life of the phosphorus removal pump, reduces the labor intensity of the staff, reduces the safety risk of handling high pressure pipelines, and provides a guarantee for the surface quality of the product. The successful landing of a transformation has become a tool to solve the difficult problems of the production line, which is fun and driving force for Hu Jianhua.

While completing his own work, he also focused on staff training, and carried out professional and technical training through various forms to ensure the stability of the electrical automation professional and technical team.
